Shoryuken.com user Nilcam has just opened up his new website Dream Cancel, which is part of his effort to help build up the SNK/KOF scene in the US.
Right now there is not much on there, but if you look at the tabs it has a wiki/forum/video set up so once it gets going it should start to look very good.
Also don't forget to sign up to their forums.
